Dubsat has announced the launch of MediaFront - its game-changing new advertising asset management cloud-based application suite.Dubsat CEO Grant Schuetrumpf explained, “MediaFront is all about media content accessibility, convenience and efficiency for anyone managing their advertising asset library, as the app allows users to view and preview all of their media assets in one place on their desktop, whenever and wherever they want. MediaFront accesses cloud-based services via the Internet, so users no longer have to invest in dedicated hardware and telecommunication lines just to receive a copy of their TVC and radio ads for local production use. It’s now available on the desktop or smart-phone via MediaFront, and fits conveniently with the production companies and departments suite of tools required to fulfill and manage advertising media delivery orders and requests.”

Dubsat’s MediaFront brings Advertising and production companies assets together via a desktop and smart-phone app with a highly intuitive user interface and provides the ability for users to book delivery requests.

Dubsat CTO Adam Larter explained, “MediaFront enables you to completely manage your media workflow on your desktop and smart-phone. Whatever device you have MediaFront installed on, it enables you to create and manage TV and radio bookings directly within the app, search and create assets, replay, repurpose, share and store your media. We’ve also developed MediaFront to adapt to the way our users want to interact with their media. This means no more flat, boring web views requiring different web sites to get access to your media assets - MediaFront consolidates all media assets you have in your Dubsat cloud library and presents them in a familiar, intuitive and ‘now’ user experience.”

MediaFront is fully customisable through user privilege rights so the application can be deployed by Advertising Agencies for each of their brand clients as an important value-added accessibility service.

Larter further explains, “Brand owners need access to their current and historical digital media assets and it needs to be really easy. We provide MediaFront to Advertising Agencies and enable them to make it available to each of their brand clients as a value-added service. It is a cloud-based online enabler, providing a secure and private environment to view their library of media advertising. Conveniently, MediaFront can be configured to enable or disable access to features on a per-user basis, making it customisable to any way the agency and brand owner work. This allows for the marketing departments of brand owners to now have immediate access to their finished current and historical media assets, while the content responsibilities remain with the respective and current Advertising Agency.

MediaFront enables clients to create storyboards, enlarge frames, replay assets at full-screen, show captions, create and download a multitude of different media formats and share and track assets. Book, create, track, manage, share, repurpose, download – MediaFront is the ultimate desktop tool for converging and pervasive media.

Schuetrumpf concluded, “Convenience and production efficiency are the key elements of MediaFront. This added element of functionality allows users to choose over 280 different media types, formats, bit rates and aspect ratios for broadcast to online needs, to repurpose their TVCs and download conveniently to their desktop or a predefined in-house server. As MediaFront is a desktop application, it also provides the ability to download and store preview versions of users advertising locally for offline use. That means you can download the previews to your laptop, disconnect from the network to visit a client and still have full access to your media without an Internet connection. As with all great apps, MediaFront is simple to use but cleverly powerful in its functionality.”

MediaFront is a device-registered application and its initial Mac and PC desktop release is available to all Dubsat registered users from June 1, 2012, with the iPhone and Android apps release marked for July 1, 2012.

Most popular web-based advertising delivery system in USA and Europe launches in Australia and New Zealand.

Following its recent acquisition of Vio Worldwide, cross-media asset management and distributed advertising and entertainment content company Dubsat today announced that it has launched Adsend, the world’s most advanced web-based digital asset delivery system in Australia and New Zealand.

Dubsat CEO Grant Schuetrumpf explained, “Adsend has been a very successful part of Vio Worldwide’s business for several years. Many of the world’s top agencies and brand owners in the USA and Europe use Adsend to manage and deliver their display advertising to thousands of newspapers and magazines every day. With our acquisition of Vio Worldwide as part of our international expansion strategy, it was clear we needed to consolidate our brands in order to have one identity with a worldwide service offering. Thus, as of today, our existing Websend brand is now fully integrated into Adsend. We have also updated Adsend to be more advanced and efficient than ever. Adsend takes all the best features and functionality from Websend and improves on them. A new service called Adgate has also been launched with Adsend. Adgate is revolutionising the global market place by providing the ability to integrate and automate advertisers’ and publishers’ existing booking systems, including automating the creation of job tickets and ad delivery requirements.”

Adsend is used by many of the world’s top agencies including M&C Saatchi, Ogilvy, TBWA, Euro RSCG, Mundocom and Loveurope. Major publishers that use Adsend include News International, Associated Newspapers, Telegraph Media Group, Mirror Group Newspapers, National Magazines (Hearst), IPC, Bauer, the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and USA Today.

Christopher Mapp, Managing Director of Dubsat’s parent company Omnilab Media, concluded, “We made a long-term commitment to the industry through our acquisition of Vio Worldwide. Now, with the consolidation of all our web-based delivery brands into Adsend, we can provide our clients with a proven, established and truly global digital media management and delivery solution.”

Adsend is live now in Australia at www.adsend.com.au and New Zealand at www.adsend.org.nz
